Join Adam Purnell 'Shropshire Lad' as he shows us how to cook his spicy fish stew & rice with Langoustine cooked over charcoal in the shadow of Ironbridge.
On Saturday the 26th September Adam will be treating us to a Taste the Gorge Pop Up Take Away - where he will be cooking up lamb and venison as whole beasts on an Argentinian asado Cross over the embers of timber from the woodlands within the Gorge, with nothing but smoke and salt to enhance the flavours of this wonderful locally sourced meat. Plus spiced bulgar wheat (or brown rice), flatbread, dirty veg & chimmichurri. Pre-ordering essential!
